1960s College is a complete university college environment, with accommodation blocks, an impressive entrance and central administration block, a library block, connecting walkways and detailed surroundings, local roads, and even some modern sculptures.

1960s College uses extensive instancing to be as efficient and responsive and yet as detailed as possible given the large scale, with the main area being around 700 feet (200 meters) square, and with a lower resolution background which gives the impression that it is even larger. It loads and renders much faster than you may expect and some details are hidden until render time in order to speed up the preview interface.

To enhance the set even further I have included presets to change the main college brickwork color, set the time of day from early morning to late in the evening in hourly increments, set the levels of haze, and turn the lights on and off in logical blocks. Fourteen cameras are also included at key points to help set up your perfect shot.
