Ravenwood Cemetery - Gate

The gate stands solidly at the entrance of this cemetery. Its somber weight reminds us of the heaviness of the life trek that brought us here to where we are lain for our final resting place, or perhaps we come to remember or grieve those we have lost. Some nights, however, it might even be what we hope holds back restless ones who long to return to us...especially if their end was gilded with a polishing that left them with a need for revenge!
