The item contains additional elements for Mutant G8F. In pack eggs with glue and G8F special tail for eggs, additional 9 morphs for the extra eye and additional head for the back.
Back head is G8F figure morph parented upper chest of the Mutant - scene needs two Genesis 8 Females. Somehow extra head works also with base G8F (please see promo pictures) but intended for Mutant G8F character.The same story with eye morphs - may be used with standard G8F somehow (please see promo). Mutant can be used with standard G8 poses but need some extra leg treatment, 3 helpful leg resets included in pack.
