Whether you are looking for a newer period style house or looking for a run down or haunted house, this model should give you plenty of opportunities.
A traditional Victorian style house which comes in both a weathered, dirty texture and in a clean, newer house texture, for 3Delight and Iray each. If you want to use your own textures the entire model has been uv'd and it is easy to change the colors on the painted version by just changing the color in the diffuse or base color channels. This model will serve the 3D artist well as it is suitable for almost any scene from haunted or run down house to a crisp clean period house which can still be seen in the 21st Century.
