Thanks for looking at my new line of Movie Set Models. This is a very exciting line!
The parts are interchangeable. There will be a total of 9 different sets to choose from. Each set will come with the surrounding streets and empty lots to give you a base for a city scene. All the blocks have gutters, drains, curbs, as well as a grass texture to fill in the empty lot. When you get a new set, simply load the block and move it to the deleted empty lots coordinates. I have the City Blocks set up so you can move them easily to any one of the 9 locations.
That is not all! Once you move a block to a location, you can easily rotate the block and all the goodies go along for the ride! So you can buy one set and have four different corners meeting at one intersection by simply loading 1 block 4 times and moving and rotating to do so. All appropriate limits are set for ease of moment. If you end up with all 9 sets there are at least 324 possible set up combinations.
Each City Block is perfectly square, so they can be rotated in place and have them line up just great! For more details, read the what is included in the set list. There are many possible backdrop locations for a seemingly endless variety of scenes. Many of the objects are free to be moved to other locations, or saved as individual objects to be used in your other scenes. I have included the original .obj files so you can use them in other programs.

Klingmans is a Department Store comes with a movable Bell Tower and Bell
Tower and Bell may be moved to other locations, Bell has pivots set.
There is also a deck with railings and a ladder to access the Roof

Hardware Store with a Ladder with access to the other Roofs, comes with
a separate free standing billboard on the sidewalk, it is movable

Fabulous Fashions, with a Rear Entry Deck and access to the other Roofs.
~~~ Building 4
The State Theatre modeled after the one I went to as a kid. It has a
ladder in the rear with access to the other Roofs, comes with a movable trash Can
and a movable old fashioned Bike Rack on the sidewalk.
~~~ BUILDING 5
Kings Furniture, has 2 working Clocks, with Hands that rotate, pivots set.
~~~ BUILDING 6
Floyd's Barber Shop, with a working Barber Pole Sign and a Dentist Office.
~~~ BUILDING 7
Firehouse #17 has an interior with 7 working Doors, pivots set. It also comes
with a Spiral Staircase that goes up to the living quarters for the Firemen,
a Brass pole for the Firemen to get to work fast in an emergency, and a separate
moveable Gas Pump, and rotating FireHorns to alert the volunteers and the town of a fire.
~~~ BUILDING 8
Silvermans Import Shop, with store windows you can put product into, It comes
with a movable Dumpster with Working Lid and Trash that can be raised or lowered and an
Empty Cardboard Box inside that can be moved. Also there are 2 other empty Cardboard Boxes
on the ground, a Trash Can with removable Lid, a Pallet, and a moveable Road Buck.

Law Offices with a Ladder with access to the other Roofs.

Larry's Tires comes with a fixed Air Pump and Hose, a separate, moveable
Tire Rack with Tire, a separate Trash Can, made from an Old Oil Barrel,
and a separate Roof Sign made from a Huge Tire, it can spin. One Fire Hydrant.
