An old evacuation shelter set which is split into three sections a hallway with a water canal leading into a destroyed water reservoir and an storage room which have been turned into a sleeping quarter.
The set comes with both a complete scene and an empty shelter which can be decorated as needed. There is also a water plane that can be used to both fill the water canal and water reservoir or to flood the shelter.
