"Raincoat for Genesis 2 Male" is a traditional single-breasted gabardine topcoat for the discerning Genesis 2 Gentleman. It has a concealed placket, comes in a choice of four colours and four linings and has an array of movement and adjustment morphs to deal with all those situations in which a gentleman is likely to find himself. Also included is a conforming scarf, in four textures, with its own movement and adjustment morphs.
The coat loads unbuttoned, with a 40% "Wrinkle" setting. A morph slider (Parameters > Morphs > Movements > Coat) is used to either button it, or move it to the "Spread" position from which a further set of Spread morphs, in the same location, can be applied in various combinations to produce the desired result. Other movement morphs include two "Collar Up" styles and two "Lean Forward" morphs to make abdomen bends from a standing position look more natural.
Leg movements and sitting poses are facilitated by two sets of morph sliders which govern a large variety of movement combinations for the lower part of the coat. On occasions the "Lean Forward" morphs can be used to give a little extra leg room (see, for example, the "Base 06" pose for G2M). More extreme leg movements should be accommodated by using the coat in the "Spread" position (as in real life!).
Basic "Hand in Pocket" poses are provided for the supported shapes. These poses, for the "Open", "Buttoned" and "Spread" coat settings, are configured for use from the default T pose. Minor shoulder rotational adjustments may be needed for variant positions. There are also morphs for the pockets to open, and for the sleeves to fit into the pockets. Where the coat is spread and the hand is visible inside the coat, "Hide"/"Show" hand presets are provided.
A series of "Collision" morphs provide additional flexibility for those situations where the coat comes into contact with external objects/people, or even G2M"s own arms (e.g. "hands on hips" or "arms folded" poses). They can also complement the other movement and adjustment morphs and add some variety to the shaping of the coat.
There are over 60 Adjustment morphs to vary the style and shape of the coat as well as to cope with unforeseen complications. Extreme or unusual poses, especially with the Wrinkles at a high setting, may result in some poke-through. This can usually be resolved with judicious use of these adjustment morphs. There is even a "Lining In" morph to deal with lining poke-through.
