It's the Iron Man enemy‥ the Russian counterpart of Tony Stark now on Daz Studio.
Included in the pack is a standalone figure with rigging compatible with Genesis 9: marketplace poses almost all compatible (fingers need manual posing). There are also morphs to easily pose the character.
