DA Scav is not built for brawling. Instead, he relies on stealth and is only seen in the twilight hours. A slender, pale figure, he is made for sneaking around and slipping into the tightest crawl spaces. If it isn't nailed down, he'll take it.
Before the war, he was down and out, scavenging day to day to survive. Times were hard and pickings slim. Since the bombs dropped, survival has actually become easier for him. With fewer people around, the finds are plentiful, though the land is more lawless than ever. There's no slammer to fear now, and the Scav excels at not being caught.
He arrives in the apocalyptic world armed only with a torch, broken goggles, and arm braces for a bit of protection. Add a beard with matching eyebrows to roughen his look further.
