This quaint town is built around a large forest near a stone quarry, accessible by a single bridge. It is governed by a court of aristocrats, known as the Council of Nine. The most prominent tavern is The Scoundrel's Hall. The Shrine of the Empyrean Sky is a common destination for religious pilgrims.
