Family Grave is an architecture scene designed to be extremely versatile. The ability to mix the different walls any way you like is just one of the many options that allow for a variety of grave renders. However, if you don't want to render a Family Grave, no worries. Just don't apply the coffins and use the base as dungeon, basement, or wine cellar. The only limitations will be your imagination.
