I had and issue with pose controls with deformation with eyes closed with my Genesis 8 Female and Genesis 8.1 Female. I could not receive a proper fix for this problem from DAZ or users within forum post. I created my own fix in Blender. You may have this same issue, if so, I am offering the free package to help you with your pose applications.

To install, install open the zip folder and install into My DAZ 3D Library
1. This package contains character morphs for Genesis 8 Female and Genesis 8.1 Female.
2. This product will not show in My DAZ 3D Library,
3. After loading and selecting G8F or G8.1F. In the Parameters tab you will see the morphs in: Pose Control/SE3D/SE3D Eyes Closed, SE3D Eyes closed Left and Eyes closed Right.
4. The data files will be in data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 8/Female/Morphs/SE3D
