Kachouga dForce Kimono Outfit Texture Add-ons

What if a kimono turned into a garden? Impossible? Really?
This is my "Kachouga" volume of my texture add-on project for the product "dForce Kimono Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s)" (https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-kimono-outfit-for-genesis-8-females). In Japan, a "kachouga" is a painting of flowers and birds, and this product contains 10 texture add-on styles with bird & flower patterns. Furthermore, some "Height&Normal" shader presets are also included, allowing to apply the normal and displacement maps on other existing materials compatible with the kimono.

When I position patterns on my products, I often try to tell a story, a bit as if the patterns were characters in a wordless story, leaving free rein to the user's imagination. This is particularly true for this Kachouga texture add-on project: it's texture add-ons, it's a kimono, it's a story...
The story of a walk accross a garden, in which each style is a chapter, and that can be read in many orders, interpreted in many ways...

One could for example imagine a couple going for a walk to see the cherry blossoms (Hanami), and while following some mandarin ducks (Oshidori), they would discover by a sweet day (Amai No Hi) a peaceful garden (Heiwa No En). There, they could see various wonderful things, like plums under the snow (Setsubai), or blossoming paulowinia during the night (Yogiri), and finally have a sweet dream (Kanmu) in which they would receive the visit of angles (Tenshi Mairi)...

Well... It can also be seen as a mere texture add-on for a kimono... ๐Ÿ˜„

To keep the spirit of this kimono and its already existing materials, I chose to give japanese names to each style of my texture add-ons; being not japanse myself, I hope I didn't make too many mistakes... ๐Ÿ˜…

List of Styles:

- Amai No Hi (Sweet Day)
- Hanami (cherry blossom viewing)
- Heiwa No En (Peace Garden)
- Kanmu (Sweet Dream)
- Mayonaka Ni (At Midnight)
- Oshidori (Mandarin Duck)
- Setubai (Snow Plum)
- Sumeragi En Mon (Imperial Garden Door)
- Tenshi Mairi (Angel's Visit)
- Yogiri (Night Paulownia)

Most of the styles come with one or several additionnal versions for at least one piece of the kimono outfits.

Special Thanks:

Thanks to Lyrra Madril for allowing me to create texture add-ons for her kimono. It's the first time that I create a texture add-on, so it's very moving for me! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Complementary Instructions:

Due to the size of some maps, the product is splitted in 4 zip files. To install it, please unzip all of them in your library.

Special Notes:

In order to compensate my handicap, the patterns used in the base color maps were initially generated using AI (DALLยทE), but were manually modified afterward (background removal, repositioning, cleanup, additions).
However, normal and displacement maps were created manually using Blender, Gimp and Substance Painter.

More precisely, most of the patterns come from the 1st ans 3rd volumes of my Bird & Flower Pattern Iray Shader Bundle, but I used Blender to precisely position them on the kimono and bake the maps. On some styles, there are also some patterns that do not appear at all in the shader bundle.
