This dress MUST be simulated to work properly. You may find it easier to simulate each item separately and then combine!
Due to length, the veil may take a bit to simulate as well, FYI. I recommend simulating the dress and petals together, freezing them, hiding them, and then doing the veil.
To make sure the veil doesn't fall below Y=0, use the simulation plane if there's no ground in the scene.
