In his pursuit to forge a new kind of life, Moreau blended DNA across species and stars, creating beings that defied biology and morality.
But something went terribly wrong. The creatures, known only as Moreau's Freaks, were too unstable, too sentient — and perhaps, too powerful.
Suspended in murky formaldehyde, their bodies remain disturbingly intact. Some twitch. Some glow faintly.
All seem to watch, as if aware. No one knows why Moreau kept them alive. But one thing is certain:
They are not dead.
They are only waiting.
