MRL Messy Bun is an ultra-realistic and modern hairstyle suitable for all different ages and genres. The hair was created in Zbrush and Maya using fibermesh and xgen hair.
Despite being extremely detailed, the hair is designed to keep the polycount as low as possible, though this is, of course, a high poly hairstyle. The hair has a total of 14 different hair colors including highlighted, streaked and ombre styles. There are 4 intensities of gloss for the main hair and bangs separately so you can quickly adapt the hair to suit any lighting.
There are 9 hierarchical poses to load presets for styles and poses plus 18 parameter dials for more precise control of the hairstyle and movement. Where possible the parameter dials have been allowed to move in both directions to give the greatest control and flexibility. In addition, the hair has fits for a wide range of Daz Female characters (list below).
