All across North America, the Double Queen Beds Hotel Room is the industry standard in both large national chains and independent hotel providers alike. The configuration allows four adults to sleep comfortably and has been known to accommodate families as well depending on the age of the kids The decor of most of these rooms use neutral colors, so you tend to get a lot of beige and a lot of browns, making it easy to keep clean, and hide the grime and dirt.
Standard amenities include the double queen beds, a couple comfortable chairs, perhaps a table to have a meal, a desk to do some work, and a dresser to temporarily store clothing if the guest's stay is more than a couple days. There are usually luggage racks provided to keep suitcases off the beds, as well as coat racks with hangers, that come in handy during the winter months. There is also a big screen TV, with a visual menu allowing to rent streaming service or local TV. Recent improvements include wi-fi and search functions with plenty of information on offer at this location with sites to see and amenities within the hotel grounds. All this information used to be kept in a binder near the desk and one is provided here as well. The TV screen has a separate UV and will accept any wide screen image using the Surfaces tab.

These can easily be changed to taste. There are also trash cans and shoe mats to help keep the space clean. The room doors are all hinged and open and close, and the lever handle turn if necessary for animations. There are "do not disturb" tags that can be used and the reverse informs the maid the space is ready for cleaning. There are electrical switches for the various night light options that are provided to keep the guest feeling safe and comfortable in their temporary home away from home.
The Bathroom boast a standard bathtub and rain head shower, a right height reinforced high capacity flushing toilet popular for aged customers that need more stability, and as required by municipal code, motel toilets do not have a lid. The double sinks vanity along with a large plate glass wall mirror allowing the busy guests to get ready as quickly as possible. The single lever faucets are popular as well. Towels are always available. There is even a toilet paper roll holder. Plenty of material zones allows you to customize the scene easily through the Surfaces tab. All walls and floor and ceiling are separate props that can be hidden, moved, or removed. Each piece of furniture is also its own prop, which can be hidden or moved.
