"How articulated?" you ask. "Just about every "working" feature is articulated," I answer. Yes the entire 5 section vertical height "collapeses" to one section. The wheels can be steered in pairs or coordinated to turn in a circle or move the "load" on a parallel track to the beams! Not to mention each set of three wheels can articulate up and down to adjust to the terrain. Both beams can move independently or in unison. And the Gantry Hooks can be raised and lowered independently or together. Did I mention that the Gantry Assenblies (upon which the Gantry Hooks are attached) can be moved (yes!) both independently and together! And those Operator Booths? They can move along their rails, swing out (or in), rotate, and tilt. I think I forgot to mention that each cab's door latches lock/unlock, The doors open/close AND even the detailed Control Keyboards both raise and lower a bit and can be folded downward ... This is handy when the seat(s) are rotated so the operators can enter or exit the booths walking on the door glass!
So, yes this Gantry Crane is quite articulated... Whoops! I forgot to mention how a the Winch cable drums rotate as do their drive gears... and there are even cable guide rollers.
Please enjoy this set which also comes with a full !Preload for Poser 7 AND other articulated assemblies, like the Gantry Bare, Gantry Twin (with two hook/winch assemblies), a Hook, a Hook and Winch Assembly, a Winch (only) and even the two Operator Cabs which loaded to the extended assembly but are unparented so you can parented them or replositioned them to use independently!
This set even comes with an interesting set of load attachment plates and a very interesting set of counterweights ... Even a counter weight that can be loaded as an assembly or loaded with weights to fit your needs! You can also load the Hydrogen Tank (smart/static) or Mx Generator (hydrogen powered) as smart/static props, not to mention the Cooling Intake Fans and Finned Exhaust Ports as well, and even static props of all four motors! And Smart versions for all fourteen as will load in the !Preload!
This Gantry has 4 sets of extraordinary computer controlled triple hydrogen powered drive wheels that keep the structure stable. One might expect that this tall a structure would need triangulating girders, but because of these extraordinary precisely controlled drive wheels this mobile gantry does not need such additional supporting structures.
