This package includes:

1 Barbell complete with separate weight plates which you can move or hide depending on the weight you require.

1 Heavy Barbell with heavier 100lb plates.

1 Dumbbell with separate plates giving you the same flexibility as the barbell.

1 Kettlebell lifting weight.
