Just extract to your Daz runtime folder.
You can find Sienna under: My DAZ 3D Library_People_Genesis 8 Female_Characters_USB_Sienna
Choose one the following options
Apply Head
Apply Body
Apply Full Character
Apply Nipples
Apply Navel
You can also dail in the morphs on the following locations:
Head: Actor/Head/People/Real World
Body: Actor/Full Body/Real World
Full Character: Actor/People/Real World.
