Tertius

Tertius is a uniquely designed 3D environment set featuring an elevated center section that leads to a series of out-buildings set into an elevated ground with water running underneath the buildings.

The buildings feature interior walls (with opening doors) and each individual part can be removed or hidden as required. Refer to the artwork for an example of how the set is broken up. As always, a preload preset is included to quickly get you started.
