This is a merchant resources product. You can create premade backgrounds, photomanipulation, buildings in 3D or whatever else you want. You can use the content of this product for both personal and commercial needs, but You are not allowed to re-sell the images within the zip file. You cannot offer the images as png or psd for making tubes or other type of graphics: You must use them in your own art.
You can make backgrounds with them, UNLESS the background is just the TEXTURE, sky, water or something else that just give a "background" to the materials.
