Each of the poses can be used individually or in pairs and each pose works with both male and female figures.
For convenience the poses are arranged in pairs and labeled with their appropriate titles.
Since each pose was made to be interchangeable the poses labelled female can also work with male figures and similarly the poses labeled male can also work with female figures.
