If your model still has the desire and strength for a few sword exercises after the Wushu ("Kung Fu") training (see "Related"), this pose set is exactly what is needed.
Important: The pose and the sword are combined into one "wearable" preset. This means that every time the pose is changed, a second, third, etc. sword is loaded into the scene. This is slightly irritating, but still better than loading the sword individually, giving it a suitable pose preset and then linking (parenting) it to the model's hand.
The easiest way to get rid of a doubled sword is to delete it from the scene BEFORE the pose is changed.
