Timothy is scaled 108% to reach 1.82 meters tall (6'0). When using the provided character preset this scale is applied automatically. The individuals "Head" and "Body" morphs will not apply the scale.
You need to have the full "Genesis 9 Starter Essentials" pack installed, as Timothy uses standard mouth and eyes textures. You most likely already have this package installed, but if you don't, it's available for free along with the DS4's installation files.
