Characters load like normal 3rd party content. Open the Zip file and drag and drop into My Daz3d Library on your hard drive.

C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library

Then Morphs will be in your shaping menu, Textures may need to be loaded manually, as shown in the attached video.
