ABOUT ANIMATED TEXTURES:
You must have the plugin for Daz Studio "Texture Animator" available here:
https://www.daz3d.com/texture-animator
If you don't have this plugin, the textures will remain fixed.
You don't need to manipulate the plugin settings, these are done from the erc's dials (Parameter > Animation dial).
Adjust frame speeds by adjusting the erc dial and adding keyframes to your timeline.
