Black Widow for Genesis 8 included:

• Full Clothing Outfit
• Hair (with movable bones)
• Iray skin material
• Head and Body morph

Used in renders: Japanese Bathing Suit

• Morphs are accessible in the Parameters tab by searching Black Widow
• Located in People/Genesis 8 Female/Characters/lucosmico/Black Widow

The suit includes emissive effects, just like in the game. If you'd like to turn them off, go to the Surface tab and disable the emission.
