FPE Manicure introduces a new way to easily customize each fingernail independently for any Genesis 9 character, all from within DAZ 3D Studio. The system uses a layer prop applied to the nails, giving each fingernail its own surface. Since all nails share the same UVs, creating masks is simple and efficient.
With this product, you can paint each nail a different color or add a unique design to each one. If you prefer ready-made options, the pack includes 27 wearable presets to get you started. These can be further customized through the Surface panel, where changing colors is as simple as adjusting one to three channels.
For those who enjoy building everything from scratch, the set also includes the individual components. These consist of the Main Layer Prop and four Geoshell presets that can be applied on top. Each shell can be customized with seven Nail Polish presets, offering a wide variety of looks.
To add designs, you can apply any of the 70 Nail Mask shaders to each shell. These can also be applied directly to the Main Layer, letting you incorporate the character's original nail texture into your design.
Further customization is possible with four opacity presets that let you fade designs for subtle variations and five offset presets that control how the shells stack.
In addition, the pack includes 12 Nail Shaping presets that provide different styles and lengths. Each nail also has its own individual morph controls, allowing you to create asymmetrical designs. Simply search for “FPE Manicure” in the Parameters tab to access all available dials and customize your nails exactly how you want.
