Grovebrook House: A Haunted Add-On

Grovebrook House: A Haunted Add-On expands the original Grovebrook House set with dirty, mossy, and rusty textures, along with grounds, lighting, and expanding the house size to a several-story estate.

There are new scene subsets and some from the default set have already been converted to the haunted theme. Material settings are included so you can convert previously built scenes. Instancing has been used to keep the scene light on computer resources.
