DD Three Bedroom House

I have been involved building houses in real life in the US and Canada for 24 years. I took my knowledge in that field, and did my best to translate that to daz studio. I did my best to balance realism with viewport usability. This is the result. A bit of a dreamhouse.

It is fully rigged, all the doors, windows, cabinets and draws that should be able to open, will open. I set up a control panel in the parameter tab, to make using it as easy as possible. Color coded dials, divided into sections for each room.

I designed the shaders to be easily customizable. If you want to change the color of something, chances are it's possible by simply changing the base color of that shader. Since I included so many material zones, I recommend using the surface selection tool to see what you can customize right in the viewport. I did my best to name them all as logically and easy to find in the list as possible, but it's a lot easier to just click on what you want to change, then change the color in my opinion.

I included 4 different preset loads. One for the full house, one for the house with no extra clutter, and a half sized texture load of the full house, and clutter free house as well. I wanted people without the beefiest of graphics cards to also be able to use this set.

I included some clutter in the house, to make it look like it is lived in, there is plenty of empty cabinet and closet and draw space for you to add items for your own stories. I also added some of my own artwork to the walls to spice the place up a bit.
