A merchant resource skin creation system for Victoria 4, Aiko 4, Girl 4 and Stephanie 4. Base maps and extras for texture artists created by a texture artist!

All textures in this package may be used to create your own commercial and/or personal textures for V4/A4/G4/S4. However, you must alter the maps and make them your own in order for you to resell them.

Notes

This product is a texture resource and requires a program capable of editing .JPG files.
