Prototype of modular futuristic villa is a luxury type of dwelling suitable for colonization of habitable planets to ensure an adequate level of comfort for its inhabitants. The standard model consists of a large living hall with kitchenette and food processor unit, bathroom and workstation with a home computer. In superstructure is residential area with two rooms and bathrooms. Upmarket models are equipped with a swimming pool complex module and space for various outdoor activities. Recreational module can be furnished as open or covered by glass roof. A similar type of building is also used for star ships crew on shore leaves and so on.
