Celia is a custom sculpted film noir style femme fatale character for Victoria 4.2 and Poser 9 or newer. Celia includes several themed eyeshadows with thick liner and glossy bold lip colors. Each lip color has a matching nail polish for both fingernails and thumbnails. She also includes three non-transmapped brow styles/colors for brunettes, blondes, and red-heads. (She also has matching "down there" hair for each brow option and an option to turn that extra hair off completely.) Her voluptuous body morph requires Stephanie 4 but for her unique face morph, only Victoria 4.2 is required. Celia is perfect for all you historical glamour and film noir artworks plus everything else your imagination may come up with.
