Turn on the shine with these bright metallics, pearlescent fabrics, and lots of scales! IDG Shiny Scales gives you a set of luminous, lustrous shaders for DAZ Studio, perfect for gowns, handbags, shoes, armor, and of course, snakes.
IDG Shiny Scales includes 31 full presets usable as a one click option, or as a starting point for further customization. Or, start with a solid color, and pick your favorite scales. The scale patterns, colors, and tile presets are meant to be interchangeable. They will only modify one aspect of the surface and will not change anything else on the surface. This makes it easy to switch the color of the fabric, or the pattern of the scales, without affecting any other previously set parameters.
All of the included shader presets use the UberSurface shader that comes with DAZ Studio. There are 64 colors and 52 scale patterns to mix and match, and the base colors and scales are also fully functional with the base colors and laces from IDG Silk and Lace.
