Stella.R is a lovely new Sci-Fi Fantasy character for your runtime. This Character set is optimized for SSS renders.
The Victoria 4 version is NOT recommended for use in DAZ Studio, it will do strange things to her jawline. The Genesis 2 version will however work in both Studio & Poser.
The Genesis 2 character includes an option to elongate & thin Stella.R's neck. This is done via the G2F body dials. Certain poses or clothing may make this look odd and you may want to either use the default neck or dial back the setting for the neck.

Regarding Eyes - the metallic eye options look smaller on G2F then they do on V4, you can see how they look on V4 in the pop up that shows eye options. This is due to the eye mapping on the figures.
