Shiara is a Beautiful Young Lady for Victoria 4.
Note: The Stephanie 4 Morphs are only needed for the body Morphs of Shiara
For the body morph inject you need to scale down the cloths and hairs till about 90% because I used the stephanie petite morphs to get that tiny body and otherwise It was not possible to get it to look tiny. But you can ofcourse not use the body morph and dial your own body morph if you like that better.
