The "Create Geometry Shell" finction in Daz Studio creates an exact parented duplicate of your character including morphs and pose. If you repose or change morphs on your character the Geometry Shell will automatically update both the new morphs or pose.
The main benefit of using the "Create Geometry Shell" with the bodygloves is you will get the look and detail of real geometry including shadows, displacement and a high level of realism along with a very fast render.
