The Easy Environments series for Daz Studio Iray and 3Delight combines high-res 360° Skysphere/HDRI backgrounds with terrain geometry to place your characters on.

ExoPlanet VII is a planet covered in snow and ice. Frequent storms brushed icey rocks into spikey shapes in the background.

Snow-drift props highlight that stormy feeling, but you can hide them or soften them by reducing the "cutout opacity".

The set features two Skyspheres/HDRIs, Daylight with big planets, Sunset with smaller planets at the horizon.

The file format is native .DUF for Daz Studio 3Delight and Iray.

Lighting is included for all versions (Iray through the HDR environment, 3Delight grouped with the skysphere).

The set includes "snow and ice" and "snow-only" scene preloads for both Iray and 3Delight.

Important Shader Information:

    • Iray: The shader used for the "snow and ice" scenes had an issue with Daz Studio 4.14. It works properly with lower or higher Daz Studio Versions (tested with 1.16).
    • 3Delight: 3Delight users need to own the "UberSurface2 Layered Shader for Daz Studio" in order to load the "snow and ice" scenes.

The "snow-only" scenes work for everyone.
