*NOTE- It was my intent to name each pose with a unique name of the Hula form it was based on. Sadly, after weeks of research and as the results of the limited nature of the visual reference sources I have access to, I was only able to find a few specific names. I have kep these names for the poses they belong to and moved forward with generic names for the rest.
