"If the support files (they are stored in runtime/support and are the files
ending in .dsx), were manually copied to the right place,
then you can right-click on the Content Library tab and then select DB Maintenance.
This will give you an option to re-import metadata files,
and this will give you a list of all your products with smart data.
Click on the one you installed manually and this should install the *Smart Content
you are missing."
