NYC Apartment

"NYC Apartment" is a one bedroom, one bathroom, fully furnished apartment; modeled after real-world examples of high-rise apartments in Manhattan. Furnishings included are; Bed with separate blanket and pillows, a couch, two table lamps, a standing lamp, a coffee table, a side/TV table, Flat-screen TV, Refrigerator, Toilet, Tub/shower, vanity, Hangers, Toilet paper holder, two bar-stools, and Kitchen counters. All things that should move do. There are scene subsets of the full apartment for both Iray and 3DL. All the walls, floor and roof
are separate for ease of camera placement.

Compatible with DS4+ not tested in Poser or on a Mac.
