This is a Pool Table Set containing the following props:
1x Physics Ready Pool Table prop (with mesh optimization for adding Physics if the desired software supports it)
1x Assembled cue (stick) prop
1x Disassembled cue (stick) prop in 3 parts
1x Cue chalk prop
1x Cue box prop for disassembled cue (with open animation)
1x Cue ball prop (with spin spot used for television broadcasts to allow viewers to see ball spin)
15x Colored ball props (7 solid, 1 eight-ball, 7 striped)
1x Ball rack prop
Physics Ready:
The Pool Table prop is sub-divided into 3 main components: the static frame component, the dynamic component and the banks. If the 3D software or game engine, into which the Pool Table prop is imported, supports Physics then the physics calculations can be optimized by applying Physics only to the dynamic and banks components. Normally the static frame of the Pool Table should not be involved in any collisions and thus does not need to have Physics applied.
Functioning Ball Return:
If the 3D software or game engine, into which the Pool Table prop is imported, supports Physics then applying Physics to the dynamic component of the Pool Table will enable the ball return. Dropping balls, on which Physics have been enabled, into one of the Pool Table pockets will cause the balls to be collected and rolled into the return tray.
Non-Physics Use:
If the 3D software or game engine, into which the Pool Table prop is imported, does not support Physics, this Pool Table prop and all the other props in this set can still be used to animate Pool Table related scenes. Not applying a physics engine just means that all of the animation must be done manually as opposed to having the physics engine calculate most of it. Without a physics engine the animation of the return tray must be done manually (since the return tray will only work automatically if Physics are applied).
