The Sun did not shine,
It was too wet to play,
It was too cold to snow,
When he appeared on that dull, Christmas day.
At first we thought it was Santa Claus,
Or perhaps one of his reindeer lost in the cold.
“Tis a large red box,” Grandpa said.
“That someone has left on our porch.”
When Grandpa tried to pick it up,
Something inside, all black and furry,
Like a whirlwind of floof, jumped out of the top.
In a whir of motion, it ran in the house so fast it was blurry.
Inside the house, it made such a mess,
It ran here, it ran there,
It jumped up, it jumped across
It even knocked over Grandma’s knitting from her rocking chair.
When he slowed down and we saw him,
Black tufts of floof lay all over the floor,
He leaned by the fireplace and examined the room.
He looked at Grandpa and Grandma, and then at all of us.
“This will do nicely,” He said. “This will do very well.”
He looked around some more, and sat on a poof.
He lay by the fire and said, “I see you don’t have a cat and outside is freezier than freezy."
“Call me Johnny,” He said.” Johnny the Floof.”
Johnny is a fully rigged figure for Poser and Daz Studio. He comes with a conforming fur coat, a hat, a shirt, googly eyes, cheeks with several expresssion morphs, and a can hat with bolt. He comes in black, red and green.
