Turn of the century..1920-30\'s swamp/house boat that has seen better times, the model is a collection of items that can be moved, rotated, resized and duplicated to meet your vision of an old houseboat at the end of a pier and ready to be gassed up by the nearby Esso pump. Lower levels..crawlspace is modeled for those who want to pack with barrels and crates that are all supplied and ready to resize and duplicate as desired. Open the hinged wall screens and re-position the work table, desk lamp or even the hammock. Don\'t like where the posters and hanging art are..move them where you want. More interested in just a wood hull, that\'s also part of the collection as a separate item. Have that POV in ind that shows both the water and the lower hull area.... there\'s a water plane provided that has just the needed hole in it for the hull.
