1/ Load default G8F and select it
2/ Go to People > Genesis 8 Female > Fludify

Works with all poses and characters.
It is recommended to use low values and mix multiple
fludify morphs for a subtle result.

The 55 Fludify morphs are located in:

Parameters > Genesis 8 Female > Actor > Fludify
or
Shaping > Genesis 8 Female > Actor > Fludify
