AtoZ Future Buildings I v1

This pair of Future Building are and AtoZ Low Rent District offering. The business people zoom by above in their SkyRails that are right in the middle of your street. Transportation for you? Those old open passenger skiffs that scuttle along about one tenth the speed of the StrasoLiners above.
Please remember when they showed you the inside of your Unit. (Stepping through the sliding doorway) your rental agent will tell you, "As we step into the shared First Floor please notice the thick high security Industrial Strength Door. ... Yes, there's one at the back wall too! ... This is our triple unit building. The shared first floor can be decorated any way the you and the other two rentors agree upon. Hey, look at these cool elevators! They are 100% fault free. Fact, we've operated this block for forty years and never had a single elevator stranding!"
By the way, and contratulations! Our Financial department has cleared you for any of our Building 01 units that are available... You've got quite a choice!... What's that mam? No, I'm sorry you're not cleared for our double width Building 02's. Remind me to offer you one of our six unit buildings that are a little less expensive. OK, here's the elevator ... In we go and up ... careful as the curved glass door closes! Now, here we already on the top floor! By the way you would find out that as requested the elevator doors on each floor can be requested to be opaque, for privacy ... By the way do you fancy a 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor unit? First floor one window, second floor three and as you can see here fourth floor has two. What was that? ... Yes, each is a little more expensive ... And keep in mind that anyone having a 4th floor unit will have to agree to permit access to the ladder and roof hatch. It's in the lease agreement. All tenents also have to sign off on the usual shared dwelling rules and regulation."

So if needed, wanted, or simply had have a simple, useful, handy futuristic multi-story building that's ready to move in? Then this simple set of two types of buildings. Well, three if you include the Building 01 with a roof hatch as a different building. You get two grey brick exteriors for the sealed (no roof hatch) Buildings 01s. And, two grey and red brick options for the roof hatched ones. The Building 02s come in Grey Square Block, Dark Grey Metal Paneled, Red and Dark Red exteriors. All interiors are standardized and ready for painting.
All these Buildings have front and rear articulated (ERC) doors and an (ERC) lift (elevator) with operational (ERC) doors at each floor, and also include with different roof AC units(3), internal ducting (Yes there is a preload with all options), roof drains(2), Outside Electric Box(1), roof solar panel unit(s), a roof metal walkway grid(s), Fire escape through the roof hatch, its a detailed articulated roof hatch with lockable latches. There's also an articulated extension ladder and mounting hooks. To get to ground level from the roof there's a fire escape with articulated drop ladder. Plus you get a bonus roadway "street" for these buildings.
