There are Iray materials only.
You can change Base Color of a skirt in almost all materials. Also most of materials were created with seamless patterns, so you can change size and position of patterns by changing these
- Base Color Horizontal Tiles
- Base Color Vertical Tiles
- Diffuse Overlay Horiz. Tiles
- Diffuse Overlay Vert. Tiles
Or you can replace patterns to any you want and easily get new look of the skirt.
Also you can change glossiness of material by changing value of "Glossy Roughness" parameter.
