Early lunar colonies have to be extremely efficient with recycling and water processing, and for every few living habitats there should also be a reclamation plant. The lunar reclamation plant utilizes solar power to purify water. Water is processed in external drums, with an external control and processing system that can be handled directly and externally on the main unit, or remotely from within the Control Module. Inside are additional storage tanks for purified water and a control room that allows management of the external system or of remote systems if the network is online.

Near Future: Lunar Colony Volume 1 is a set of models based around the theme of currently (or near future, within the next 20 years) envisioned technology used for populating our solar system. This isnt science fantasy or far far future, but what could be possible during the 21st century. This is the future as we know it now.
