in the scene tab select the money, left mouse click, select change parent. in the change parent box select the right or left hand of your character AND MAKE SURE THE PARENT IN PLACE BOX IS NOT CHECKED, click accept. finally with the money or the 'actor' selected click the hand pose from this freebie.
